  1. Develop and implement community safety protocols and procedures in accordance with company and industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that community safety practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  4. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  5. Act as a liaison between the company and local community organizations to promote safety initiatives and address any safety concerns.
  6. Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Respond to safety incidents and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to community safety.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory agencies and local emergency services.
  10. Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for safety incidents and make recommendations for preventative measures.
  11. Develop and maintain emergency response plans for the company and its facilities.
  12. Regularly communicate safety updates and information to all employees.
  13. Participate in company-wide safety committees and initiatives.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for community members regarding safety concerns and inquiries.

Job Qualifications
  • Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Or A Related Field, Along With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Community Safety Or Law Enforcement.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: Familiarity With Safety Protocols And Procedures, Including Emergency Response, Hazard Identification, And Risk Assessment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Groups Of People, Including Community Members, Law Enforcement Officials, And Company Employees.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Safety Risks And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them.

  • Teamwork And Collaboration: Proven Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment, As Well As The Ability To Build Positive Relationships With Community Members, Law Enforcement Agencies, And Other Stakeholders.
