  1. Maintain and care for plants in the shadehouse facility.
  2. Monitor and record plant growth, health, and development.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of new plant care protocols.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  5. Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of the shadehouse facility, including cleaning, watering, and pest control.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  7. Operate and maintain specialized equipment and technology used in the shadehouse.
  8. Monitor and track inventory of plant materials and supplies.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with plant growth or health.
  10. Contribute to the development of new plant varieties and technologies.
  11. Provide support for research projects and experiments.
  12. Communicate any observations or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on shadehouse operations and plant care.
