  1. Lead and drive the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy to support growth and expansion.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  3. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential targets and present findings to senior leadership.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players and potential acquisition targets.
  5. Negotiate deal terms and structure agreements that align with the company's strategic goals.
  6. Oversee the integration of acquired businesses, including developing integration plans and managing project timelines.
  7. Ensure smooth and efficient communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the M&A process.

  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and results of M&A activities.
