1. Develop and implement the national agronomy strategy for Corteva's seed business.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key agronomic challenges faced by farmers.
3. Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our seed products.
4. Act as a key point of contact for industry partners and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and advancements in agronomy to continuously improve our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
6. Lead and mentor a team of agronomy experts, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and drive business success.
7. Conduct field trials and experiments to assess the performance of our seed products and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external partners on agronomy-related topics.
