Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Business Management Role, Preferably In The Agriculture Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Agriculture Industry, Specifically In Western Kansas.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Business Development, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Build Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders.
