Job Description

Corteva is looking for an experienced and motivated Research Toxicologist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to assess and evaluate the potential toxicological risks associated with our products. This position requires a unique combination of scientific knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a Doctoral degree in Toxicology, Pharmacology or a closely related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have a good understanding of the principles of toxicology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, experience in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and product stewardship is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and evaluate the potential toxicological risks associated with Corteva products.
  2. Utilize scientific principles of toxicology and creative problem-solving skills to develop solutions.
  3. Analyze and interpret toxicology and pharmacology data to identify potential risks.
  4. Monitor regulatory compliance and product stewardship.
  5. Develop and implement risk assessment strategies.
  6. Communicate research findings in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safety of Corteva products.
  8. Propose new strategies for toxicology research and risk management.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest developments in toxicology, pharmacology, and risk assessment.
  10. Conduct regular reviews of research data and reports.
