  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of research operations for Corteva, including planning, coordinating, and executing research projects.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective research processes and protocols.
  3. Manage and allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure successful execution of research initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any potential issues or challenges in research operations.
  5. Monitor and analyze data and results from research projects, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  6. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to agricultural research.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support research operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in research operations.
  9. Train and mentor junior staff members in research operations best practices.
  10. Act as a liaison between research teams and senior management, communicating project updates and progress.
  11. Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
