  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of research operations at Corteva, including project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and efficiency in research operations.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks.

  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to research operations.

  9. Represent Corteva in industry events and conferences to showcase our research capabilities and promote collaboration opportunities.
  10. Work closely with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth functioning of research operations.
  11. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  12. Take ownership of special projects and initiatives related to research operations as assigned by senior management.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of research projects to senior leadership.
  14. Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Research Operations Lead At Corteva Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Scientific Discipline Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Agronomy.
