Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Agronomy.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Research Or Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Agricultural Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Experimental Design And Statistical Analysis.
Proficiency In Data Collection, Organization, And Analysis Using Software Such As Excel, R, Or Sas.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Scientists And Technicians.
