- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely feedback to team members to ensure individual and team goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations for product and market development.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Agricultural Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, Fluency In Spanish And English Is Preferred.
