Previous Experience In Manufacturing Or Production: Candidates With Prior Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment Will Have A Better Understanding Of The Processes And Procedures Involved In Operating Machinery And Equipment.
Technical Skills And Knowledge: Production Operators At Corteva Should Possess Technical Skills And Knowledge To Operate And Troubleshoot Machinery And Equipment, As Well As The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Diagrams.
