  1. Lead and manage a team of platform engineers to develop and implement technology solutions for our digital platform.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's technology needs and goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver innovative technology solutions.
  4. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
  5. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform through effective engineering practices.
  6. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for their integration into our platform.
  8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on platform development and gather feedback.
  9. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  11. Continuously assess and improve the platform engineering processes and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other teams within the company to align technology solutions with business objectives.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and deployment of technology solutions.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on platform engineering and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  15. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the platform engineering team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development And Engineering, With At Least 8 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Building And Maintaining Scalable And Reliable Platforms.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud Computing Technologies, Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud, And Experience In Designing And Implementing Solutions On These Platforms.

  • Expertise In Devops Principles And Tools, Including Ci/Cd Pipelines, Infrastructure As Code, And Automated Testing, With A Focus On Promoting A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams, And Influence Decision-Making.
