- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural retailers in the Southwest Wisconsin region.
- Promote and educate customers on the benefits of using Pioneer brand seeds and other Corteva Agriscience products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase the effectiveness of Pioneer brand seeds.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position Pioneer brand seeds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pioneer brand seeds and their applications, as well as other Corteva Agriscience products.
- Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Corteva Agriscience at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to management on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Pioneer and Corteva Agriscience, promoting our mission and values.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture Or Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Agricultural Sales Or Territory Management.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Agriculture Industry, Specifically In The Southwest Wisconsin Region.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Focus On Customer Satisfaction And Retention.
