  1. Conduct phenotyping experiments: The Phenotyping Specialist will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing phenotyping experiments to evaluate plant traits and performance.
  2. Analyze data: This individual will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets generated from phenotyping experiments using statistical and bioinformatics tools.
  3. Drive plant breeding efforts: The successful candidate will play a key role in driving plant breeding efforts by identifying and selecting desirable traits for further development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Phenotyping Specialist will collaborate closely with plant breeders, molecular biologists, and other research scientists to integrate phenotyping data into breeding programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Plant Science, Agronomy, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Plant Phenotyping, Preferably In A Research Or Agricultural Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Plant Genetics And Breeding, As Well As Statistical Analysis And Data Management.

  • Experience With Various Phenotyping Techniques, Such As High-Throughput Imaging, Remote Sensing, And Physiological Measurements.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
