Advanced Degree In Molecular Biology Or Related Field: A Molecular Subject Matter Expert At Corteva Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Molecular Biology Or A Related Field. This Qualification Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Molecular Principles And Techniques.
Extensive Knowledge Of Crop Genetics: As A Leading Agricultural Company, Corteva Requires Its Molecular Subject Matter Experts To Have A Deep Understanding Of Crop Genetics. This Includes Knowledge Of Gene Editing Techniques, Genetic Engineering, And Plant Breeding Methods.
Experience In Molecular Research: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Molecular Research In An Academic Or Industry Setting. This Experience Should Include Designing And Executing Experiments, Analyzing Data, And Presenting Findings.
