- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote Corteva's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and trends, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and sales presentations.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek out new and innovative marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer retention.
- Communicate and report on marketing activities and results to senior management.
- Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Corteva's products and services, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Represent Corteva at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Corteva's brand and values in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Communications Or Account Management.
Strong Understanding Of Agricultural Industry And Knowledge Of Current Trends And Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Accounts And Projects Simultaneously, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Deadlines.
