  1. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage logistics and trade operations for international markets.
  2. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and laws.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  5. Manage relationships with international suppliers, distributors, and other partners.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with logistics and trade service providers.
  7. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics and trade operations.
  8. Provide guidance and support to regional teams on trade compliance and logistics best practices.
  9. Stay updated on changes in international trade policies and regulations.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to trade and logistics policies and procedures.
  11. Train and develop team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in international logistics and trade governance.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  14. Oversee the management of import and export documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  15. Represent the company in international trade and logistics conferences and meetings.
  16. Monitor and manage budgets for logistics and trade operations.
  17. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on logistics and trade performance.
  18. Mentor and guide team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  19. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all trade regulations and laws.
  20. Keep abreast of industry developments and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the company's international logistics and trade operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, International Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Trade Compliance, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Trade Regulations, Including Import/Export Laws, Customs Requirements, And Trade Agreements.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders, Including Government Agencies, Suppliers, And Internal Teams.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team To Ensure Efficient And Compliant Logistics Operations.
