- Provide technical expertise and support to customers on crop protection products.
- Promote and educate customers on the benefits and proper use of our crop protection products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive profitable sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting and selling crop protection products.
- Conduct field trials and demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of our products.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of crop protection and incorporate them into our product offerings.
- Train and educate sales teams on crop protection products to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively promote and sell them.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales and market trends to management.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the field.

Bachelor's Degree In Agronomy Or A Related Field: A Field Agronomist- Crop Protection At Corteva Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Agronomy Or A Related Field Such As Plant Science, Soil Science, Or Crop Science.
Knowledge Of Crop Protection Products And Practices: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Crop Protection Products And Practices, Including Herbicides, Pesticides, And Fungicides. The Candidate Should Also Have Knowledge Of Integrated Pest Management Strategies.
Field Experience In Agriculture: Corteva's Field Agronomist- Crop Protection Should Have Practical Experience Working In The Field With Crops, Preferably In A Commercial Farming Setting. This Experience Should Include Crop Scouting, Soil Sampling, And Working With Farm Equipment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Key Aspect Of This Role Is To Analyze Crop Data, Identify Potential Issues, And Recommend Effective Solutions. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Field Agronomist- Crop Protection Will Be Working With Farmers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.
