- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations in the Asia-Pacific region for Corteva.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards in manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with overall business objectives.

Extensive Experience In Manufacturing Operations: Candidates For The Apac Regional Manufacturing Leader Position Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Operations, Preferably In The Agricultural Or Chemical Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Regional Manufacturing Strategies That Align With Corteva's Global Objectives. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Market Trends To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Efficiency.
Leadership And People Management Skills: As A Leader Of Manufacturing Operations In The Apac Region, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Developing Teams.
