  1. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in agronomy to support the development of innovative solutions for crop production.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to farmers, growers, and agronomy teams on crop management techniques, pest and disease control, and soil health management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement agronomic strategies that improve crop yields and quality.
  4. Conduct field trials and collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of new products and technologies.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders on agronomic best practices and product knowledge.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agriculture industry, including farmers, retailers, and industry experts.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers to address any challenges they may face with our products.
  9. Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to share knowledge and expertise and promote our brand.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose new ideas and strategies to enhance our agronomic offerings and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Agronomy, Crop Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Agronomy Or Crop Consulting.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Crop Production, Pest Management, And Soil Science.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Farmers And Other Team Members.

  • Proficiency In Using Agricultural Software And Technology For Data Analysis And Recommendations.
