  1. Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for employees at Corning.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
  3. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  5. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all digital designs.
  6. Continuously improve and iterate on existing digital experiences based on user feedback and data.
  7. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
  9. Advocate for the user and champion a user-centric approach to all design projects.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
  11. Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  12. Collaborate with content creators to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  13. Participate in user testing and usability studies to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within the given time frame.
  15. Continuously seek ways to enhance the digital experience and engagement of employees at Corning.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In A Digital Or It Environment.

  • Proficiency With Ux Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.

  • Proven Experience In Developing Engaging And Intuitive User Experiences For Digital And It Products And Services.
