Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field: A Sr. Scientist Cfd - Heat And Mass Transfer At Corning Should Possess A Strong Foundation In The Principles Of Mechanical Engineering, With A Focus On Heat And Mass Transfer.

  • Extensive Experience With Computational Fluid Dynamics (Cfd) Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cfd Principles And Have Extensive Experience Using Cfd Software To Analyze And Solve Complex Heat And Mass Transfer Problems.

  • Knowledge Of Heat And Mass Transfer Processes: The Sr. Scientist Cfd - Heat And Mass Transfer Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Fundamentals Of Heat And Mass Transfer, Including Conduction, Convection, And Radiation.

  • Ability To Design And Execute Experiments: Corning Values Hands-On Experience And The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments To Validate Cfd Simulations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Experimental Design And Data Analysis.
