Senior Tax Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join our team at Corning. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax technical support for a variety of tax issues, working closely with other members of the tax team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of tax law, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities of a Senior Tax Analyst:

1. Provide tax technical support for a variety of tax issues, including federal, state, and local regulations.
2. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of tax law.
3. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
4. Prepare and review income tax returns.
5. Prepare and review international tax returns.
6. Analyze and report on tax data.
7. Research tax law and policies as needed.
8. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Assist with tax audits and other reviews.
11. Provide training and mentoring to other members of the tax team.
12. Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise management of implications.
