  3. Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.

  13. Collaborate with other senior managers to ensure alignment and integration of strategic plans across the organization.
  14. Drive a results-oriented culture, setting clear goals and expectations for the team and holding them accountable for delivering on those goals.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make adjustments as needed to drive desired outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Project Management In A Highly Complex And Global Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Cross-Functional Projects And Initiatives, With A Strong Focus On Driving Results And Achieving Operational Excellence.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Integrated Planning Methodologies And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Other Erp Systems, And The Ability To Develop And Implement Integrated Planning Solutions That Align With Business Objectives.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
