Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the SAP platform to ensure its full potential for Corning.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.
- Implement SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP BW.
- Develop and deliver solutions based on system analysis and customer requirements.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documents.
- Manage and maintain SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver Gateway, and SAP Fiori applications.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure successful implementation of system updates.
- Provide technical training and support to internal users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
