1. Lead the NPI process for new products, from concept to production, across multiple locations.
2. Develop and implement NPI strategies and plans that align with overall company goals and objectives.
3. Ensure that all products meet high standards of quality, cost, and delivery.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, marketing, and supply chain, to drive successful NPI projects.
5. Utilize NPI methodologies to identify and mitigate risks, optimize processes, and improve product performance.

7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new product opportunities and drive innovation.

10. Continuously monitor and evaluate NPI performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
11. Train and mentor junior NPI engineers and support their professional development.
