Quality Control Technician

We are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and be a positive and supportive member of our team.The successful candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a Quality Control role, and preferably a degree in a related field. They must have a thorough knowledge of quality control methodologies and be familiar with ISO 9001/14001 standards. They should be able to interpret lab results and have a strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures. The successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently or as part of a team. They should also have the ability to take initiative, be able to handle multiple tasks, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards
2. Monitor and review production processes to ensure that quality control is being adhered to
3. Develop and implement quality control programs and procedures
4. Track, analyze, and report quality control data and trends
5. Identify and resolve quality issues within production processes
6. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001/14001 standards
7. Inspect incoming materials and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards
8. Train and mentor other quality control technicians
9. Monitor and maintain records related to calibration and other quality control activities
10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback as necessary
