  1. Oversee and manage the packing section of the manufacturing facility.
  2. Ensure the efficient and effective packing of products according to company standards.
  3. Maintain a high level of quality control and accuracy in all packing processes.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for packing.
  5. Train and develop packing team members on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  6. Monitor and improve packing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of packed products.
  8. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized packing records and documentation.
  10. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems with packing processes and implement solutions.
  11. Monitor and track performance metrics for the packing section and report to management.
  12. Lead by example and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work culture within the packing section.

Job Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Packaging Environment. This Includes Experience In Supervising And Training Team Members, Managing Schedules And Workflows, And Ensuring Quality Control.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: As A Packing Section Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Packing Process And Ensuring That All Products Are Packaged Correctly And Efficiently. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential To Maintain A Smooth And Efficient Workflow.

  • Knowledge Of Packaging Techniques And Materials: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Different Packaging Techniques And Materials To Ensure That Products Are Packaged Safely And Securely. This Includes Knowledge Of Packaging Regulations And Standards, As Well As Experience With Different Types Of Packaging Equipment.

  • Attention To Detail: The Packing Section Lead Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Products Are Packaged Correctly And Meet Quality Standards. Therefore, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Catch Any Errors Or Defects In The Packaging Process And Make Necessary Adjustments.

  • Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Other Departments, And Management. This Includes The Ability To Provide Clear Instructions, Give Feedback, And Address Any Issues That May Arise In The Packing Section.
