- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for optical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate and improve process performance.
- Utilize knowledge of opto-mechanical engineering principles to troubleshoot and solve process issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Development Or Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Optics Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Opto-Mechanical Systems And Their Design Principles.
Experience With Advanced Cad And Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software For Design And Analysis Of Opto-Mechanical Systems.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Project Management Skills.
