  1. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for optical products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
  4. Design and conduct experiments to validate and improve process performance.
  5. Utilize knowledge of opto-mechanical engineering principles to troubleshoot and solve process issues.
  6. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  7. Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Stay current with industry advancements and integrate new technologies into processes.
  9. Train technicians and operators on new processes and equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Development Or Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Optics Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Opto-Mechanical Systems And Their Design Principles.

  • Experience With Advanced Cad And Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Software For Design And Analysis Of Opto-Mechanical Systems.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Project Management Skills.
