Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and optimize the processing of glass melts through the development and implementation of new technologies.
  2. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and improve current processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Develop an in-depth understanding of glass science and related principles.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new technologies and processes.
  6. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet organizational goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
  8. Prepare technical reports and presentations to document research findings.
