3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies.
5. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including but not limited to product descriptions, brochures, videos, and social media posts.
6. Manage and maintain brand identity and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
9. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute marketing plans to support sales initiatives.
10. Manage and track marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
11. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, trade associations, and other relevant industry stakeholders.
12. Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
13. Train and mentor junior marketing team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
14. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing communications.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
