  1. Provide technical support for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to ensure its efficient operation.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the MES in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system improvements.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation for MES processes, procedures, and configurations.
  5. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades.
  6. Conduct training for end-users on MES functionality and best practices.
  7. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs and requirements.
  8. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to communicate system updates and changes.
  9. Analyze and report on MES data to drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in MES technology to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  11. Participate in system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to system maintenance and security.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  14. Provide on-call support for critical system issues as needed.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Such As Siemens Opcenter Or Camstar.

  • Experience In Providing Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Manufacturing Execution Systems In A Production Environment.

  • Business Acumen And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Operations.
