  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to drive collaborations and access to new technologies.
  7. Train and mentor team members on innovative manufacturing techniques and processes.
  8. Communicate progress, results, and challenges to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Manage budget and resources to support the implementation of new manufacturing and innovation initiatives.
  10. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
