- Lead and manage a team of scientists and engineers in the research and development of new products and solutions.

Extensive Experience In Research And Development: A Manager, Research & Development At Corning Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Research And Development Projects, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Materials Science, Engineering, Or Chemistry.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Position Requires Managing A Team Of Researchers And Scientists, So A Candidate Must Have Proven Experience In Effectively Leading And Motivating A Team Towards Achieving Project Goals And Objectives.
Technical Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of Materials Science And Engineering Principles, As Well As Experience With Various Research And Development Techniques And Methodologies, Is Essential For Success In This Role.
