  1. Oversee and manage the maintenance operations for Corning's AO Phoenix-Aerospace and Defense team.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the facility.
  3. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  4. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and machinery issues, and develop solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal impact on production.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tests to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  8. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in aerospace and defense maintenance.
  10. Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a safe and positive work environment.
