Job Description

Corning is looking for an Intern - Marketing Operations and Sales Development to join our team and help us reach our ambitious goals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the marketing and sales teams, and developing new strategies for growth. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools. You should be a creative problem solver, highly organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to develop strategies for sales growth.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  3. Generate reports on sales performance and customer insights to inform marketing and sales teams.
  4. Assist marketing and sales teams in developing and executing campaigns.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  6. Provide operational support to the marketing and sales teams by managing communications, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful and cohesive marketing and sales plan.
  8. Track and report on marketing and sales goals and performance metrics.
  9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization is staying competitive.
  10. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
