Corning is seeking an Intern, Law IP who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the legal field. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have an aptitude for problem-solving. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in conducting legal research on intellectual property law topics.
2. Attend meetings and take notes on key points discussed.
3. Draft legal documents and internal memoranda.
4. Assist in the review, protection, and enforcement of Corning’s intellectual property rights.
5. Track and maintain records of all intellectual property matters.
6. Stay abreast of changes in intellectual property law.
7. Assist in providing legal advice and counsel to Corning.
8. Develop and implement strategies for protecting Corning’s intellectual property rights.
9. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure that all intellectual property matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
10. Provide administrative support and complete other tasks as assigned.
