  1. Conduct thorough and accurate inspections of products using CMM and other precision measurement tools.
  2. Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards.

  5. Maintain and calibrate CMM and other measurement equipment to ensure accuracy.

  9. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and optimize inspection processes.

  11. Train and mentor new inspectors and CMM operators.

  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they relate to product quality.
  14. Work independently and efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (Cmm) In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Engineering Drawings And Specifications.

  • Familiarity With Cmm Software, Such As Pc-Dmis, And Ability To Write And Edit Measurement Programs.

  • Strong Technical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Cmm Measurement Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Gd&T And Experience With Various Measurement Techniques And Equipment, Such As Calipers And Micrometers.
