Job Description

Corning Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insider Risk Operational Analyst to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in risk management and a passion for helping to create a secure environment for Corning's information assets. As the Insider Risk Operational Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to our Insider Risk Program.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in risk and compliance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work across teams and collaborate effectively with the various business units is essential. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think strategically, and prioritize tasks will be paramount. Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to the Insider Risk Program • Identify and analyze potential insider threats and recommend solutions to mitigate risk • Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the program • Monitor and review user access and activity to ensure compliance with established security policies • Collaborate with various business units to ensure compliance with company insider risk policies • Develop reports and dashboards to track the progress and effectiveness of the program • Respond to inquiries and requests for information related to insider risk operations • Assist in the development of training materials and programs for the insider risk program • Assist in the development of risk assessment tools and processes • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and suggest improvements
