HRIS Sr Systems Analyst, SAP SuccessFactors

Corning is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Sr Systems Analyst, SAP SuccessFactors to join our dynamic HR Technology team. We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited about working with cutting-edge HR technologies to drive success and deliver maximum value to our company.The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of a variety of HR systems and processes, including but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors. They will ensure our systems are in compliance with best practices and industry standards, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and implement HR systems and processes, including but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Ensure systems are in compliance with best practices and industry standards.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.
4. Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to internal stakeholders.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
6. Develop and maintain system documentation.
7. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to HR technology.
8. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
9. Provide training and support to internal staff.
10. Participate in system upgrade and migration projects.
