Health & Wellness Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement health & wellness initiatives and programs that support physical and mental health.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with Corning's health & wellness goals.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health & wellness programs and initiatives.
4. Educate and advocate for health & wellness practices with employees.
5. Work with HR department to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to health & wellness.
6. Create and maintain accurate records and reports related to health & wellness programs.
7. Manage budget for health & wellness initiatives.
8. Develop and lead wellness seminars and activities.
9. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in health & wellness to ensure Corning is providing the most effective programs to its employees.
