Facilities Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain relationships with tenants and vendors, and have a proven track record of successful facility management.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in facility management, business, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in facility management• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and local laws• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
