  1. Develop and implement advanced machine vision systems for manufacturing processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful execution of projects.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify the most effective and efficient machine vision techniques for specific applications.
  4. Design and integrate machine vision systems into existing processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to production.
  5. Test and troubleshoot machine vision systems, identifying and resolving any issues or errors.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine vision technology, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation of all machine vision systems and processes.
  8. Train and educate team members on the proper use and maintenance of machine vision systems.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source equipment and components for machine vision systems.
  10. Continuously monitor and collect data from machine vision systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with equipment and during project execution.
  12. Attend conferences and workshops to stay current on industry developments and network with other professionals.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and any challenges faced.
  14. Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies for improving overall efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Machine Vision Principles And Experience With Measurement Systems.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Matlab.

  • Familiarity With Image Processing Techniques And Software, Such As Opencv.

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing Measurement Algorithms And Systems, Including Hardware And Software Integration.
