  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to continuously evaluate and improve talent management processes and programs.
  5. Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on talent management best practices and processes.
  6. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent management initiatives.
  8. Monitor and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  9. Develop and manage the talent management budget.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members and develop their skills and capabilities.
  11. Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership on talent management initiatives and outcomes.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in talent management practices.
  13. Foster a positive and engaging work culture that supports employee development and retention.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the employee experience to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to talent management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Management, With A Focus On Identifying And Developing High Potential Employees.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Talent Management Programs, Including Succession Planning, Performance Management, And Leadership Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Best Practices And Industry Trends In Talent Management, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
