Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advice to Corning's business partners and legal teams.
- Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the work of other counseling staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Research and analyze legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and memoranda.
- Prepare legal opinions, briefs, and other written materials.
- Represent Corning in court proceedings and other legal matters.
- Monitor legal developments and trends.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff.
