Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and advice to Corning's business partners and legal teams.
2. Ensure legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Manage and oversee the work of other counseling staff.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Research and analyze legal issues.
6. Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and memoranda.
7. Prepare legal opinions, briefs, and other written materials.
8. Represent Corning in court proceedings and other legal matters.
9. Monitor legal developments and trends.
10. Provide training and mentoring to junior staff.
