Manager, Web Development
Partner with teams across marketing to create a website experience that delivers brand excellence and a fantastic user experience. Ensure customer point of view is represented and the user-journey is optimized based on data and user insights. Work closely with digital team to develop strategies to improve conversion and web traffic metrics. Support the in-house web development team by gathering and synthesizing business requirements, providing feedback, and guidance on performance expectations. Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the Cornerstone corporate website and the family of associated web properties. Implement processes to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot all website issues.
Proven experience of understanding client pain points and proposing solutions
7+ years’ experience in web development or technical project management of a corporate website
2+ years’ experience directly managing a team responsible for a corporate website
Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
