Maintenance Manager

Directly supervises Maintenance Supervisor, and Electrical Engineers. Indirectly supervises hourly maintenance employees and electricians. Oversees the CMMS System (computerized management system) MP2 – SAP PM to minimize unplanned equipment downtime. Drives reliability throughout maintenance organization – RCA (root cause analysis), RCM (reliability centered maintenance) and other lean tools. Implements new technology and innovation throughout the maintenance organization. Provides troubleshooting support of new and existing machine components as required for production and process engineering. Responsible for contractor selection for repair work, engineering projects and plant expansions as required. Provides approval for expenditures and initiates the job with selected contractor. Responsible for overseeing contractor work performance at plant site.
