Controls Engineer
Lead and assist engineers and contractors. Assist and or lead in the design of electrical control systems for new and existing equipment to include wiring diagrams, equipment control logic, safety, quality and process control monitoring. Supervise and assist Maintenance Electricians on electrical control systems installation, troubleshooting existing equipment, and NEC and OSHA standards. Gatekeeper of maintenance PC notebooks, electrical test equipment, including software. Maintain electronic records of facility equipment programs. Requisition replacement electrical components for the facility’s equipment. Required to be on call and responsive to off shift and holiday production support needs.
Five years of experience in the electronics field such as controls, electrical design and troubleshooting.
Must be fluent in PLC ladder logic (Omron preferred)
