Job Description

Lead an organization that develops stays abreast of industry developments and develop executable business and investment strategies particularly related to medium and heavy duty vehicles and fleets by actively considering stakeholder views and policy direction and priorities in New York regarding transport electrification. The Section Manager's team will lead efforts to advocate for such shorter-term strategies in appropriate forums. Evaluate regulatory commission statements, recommendations, rulings as well as stakeholder comment filings related to EVs to evaluate impact on Con Edison's planned transport electrification programs and recommend advocacy priorities that are necessary for business success. Lead, develop and maintain Con Edison's services for fleets, including sites and rates analysis, in order to encourage fleet electrification and comply with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree preferred

  • demonstrated expertise and experience in technology related areas of clean transportation sector.

  • Demonstrated work experience managing projects and 3rd party service provider contracts

  • Strong knowledge of business and technology aspects in the areas of engineering, interoperability standards and communication protocols for EV charging infrastructure.
