Medical Staff Services Specialist

Concord Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Medical Staff Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.The Medical Staff Services Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the medical staff and the Medical Staff Office. This includes maintaining the medical staff database, creating and processing medical staff applications and reappointments, organizing and maintaining medical staff files, and managing the credentialing process.The successful candidate must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field. Previous experience in a medical staff office is preferred, as well as excellent organizational and data entry skills. The Medical Staff Services Specialist must also be able to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain medical staff database.
2. Create and process medical staff applications and reappointments.
3. Organize and maintain medical staff files.
4. Manage the credentialing process.
5. Provide excellent customer service.
6. Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
7. Perform data entry tasks.
8. Monitor and follow up on all medical staff processes.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Medical Staff Office.
